Product details: one entry per model
In Products & suppliers, create a product with its name, model, description and specifications, then press Publish. A draft is invisible to the Agent. If your manuals and spec sheets are PDFs, upload them to the product and mark them public: the Agent can read the text in them page by page (a scan has no text, so it cannot read it).
For example: power, output, voltage, dimensions, weight, the materials it can process. Do not write prices.

FAQ and company profile: write down what buyers keep asking
In Knowledge, the FAQ tab holds question-and-answer pairs, written the way you would answer a buyer. The Company tab holds MOQ, typical lead time, custom capability, shipping and ports.
For example: What is the minimum order? How long is the lead time? What do we need to know before quoting?

Qualifying rules: tell the Agent what to ask
On the Agent page, under "What counts as a real enquiry", choose what a buyer must make clear (by default: product, quantity and destination). In the notes, which are written for the Agent, add what machinery buyers must also say: application, capacity, voltage. The Agent takes the notes into account.
For example: Before a quotation we need to know the material, the output per hour, and the local voltage and frequency.

Let the AI fill in the Agent, then rehearse
On the Agent page, paste a short company introduction and press "Fill it in for me": the AI fills in the Agent's name, introduction, tone and languages. Read it, change what is wrong, and press Save. Then use "Rehearse with the Agent" and play the buyer: nothing is sent to anyone.
For example: ask it "How much is it?", see what it asks, and check that the inquiry reaches your workbench.
